Intro Call
This no-cost video call is designed to learn more about you, your family, your goals, and the type of value you're looking for in a financial planning relationship. We'll walk through the financial planning process and explore whether advice-only planning with OnPoint Financial is the right fit for your personal needs.

Agreement
If you choose to move forward, we’ll review the financial planning agreement, which outlines the specific areas tailored to your needs, our respective responsibilities, and the compensation structure. Once agreed upon, the document will be signed, and the first half of the planning fee will be due at that time.
Data Organization
Weeks 1 - 2
To assess your current financial situation and plan the best path forward, you’ll gather and share key financial information. This includes details on your income and expenses, investments, debts, tax returns, insurance policies, real estate holdings, employee benefits, and estate planning documents.
Review & Scenario Creation
Week 3 - Meeting #1
In this meeting, we’ll verify the accuracy of your financial information and discuss your personal financial goals and objectives. Together, we’ll establish key planning assumptions and develop personalized scenarios designed to align with your expectations.
Analysis & Plan Development
Weeks 4 - 5
I will begin analyzing your information to identify opportunities and develop strategies that align with your personal goals and objectives. This analysis will be transformed into a clear, educational narrative and an actionable financial plan.
Plan Check In
Week 6 - Meeting #2
We’ll hold a brief meeting to ensure we’re on track and aligned. This also provides an opportunity for you to share any additional information you feel may be helpful to the planning process.
Final Plan Development
Weeks 6 - 7
I’ll add the final touches to your plan and prepare it for our upcoming presentation meeting.
Plan Presentation
Week 8 - Meeting #3
During our third meeting, I will present your plan, topic area summaries, personalized recommendations, and action plans. You’ll gain a clear understanding of your current financial situation and learn how to move forward toward your personal goals and objectives. The second half of the planning fee is due upon delivery of your finalized financial plan.
Plan Review
Weeks 9 - 11
After the plan presentation meeting, you’re encouraged to review your plan thoroughly in preparation for our final meeting.
Implementation and Follow-Up
Week 12 - Meeting #4
Our final meeting will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and ensure you have the clarity and confidence needed to implement the financial planning recommendations.
